With 46 more dengue cases reported in Rawalpindi on Saturday, the total number of dengue cases in the city has soared to 1,900 since March.
According to the Health Department, the danger of dengue fever outbreak will continue during the month of November, but the number of cases may decrease with the fall of the winter season.
The provincial government has been taking measures on a war-footing to fight the outbreak of dengue and eradicate the virus throughout Punjab.
