A youngster drowned in Neela Sanad Nullah within Kotli Sattian police jurisdiction on Friday.
Farhan, 18, a resident of PWD Colony, was swimming in the stream with his friends, when suddenly, he lost his balance and went deep.
The police and rescue teams recovered the body and shifted it to the District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities before burial.
