Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday expressed sorrow and grief over the loss of life in Karachi due to a landslide which claimed 13 lives including children.
In a statement issued by the PM House spokesman, the prime minister expressed his condolences for the relatives of the deceased and prayed for the departed souls.
The statement adds that the prime minister has instructed the departments involved in rescue work to speed up the operation.
