Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Monday that the victory of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in NA-122 reflected complete confidence of the people in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and PML-N leadership.
Talking to members of National and Provincial Assemblies, he thanked the people for the victory of the PML-N candidate in NA-122.
The chief minister said that public welfare and development journey would continue with a new determination and that development works throughout the province including Lahore would also continue. Sharif said that those opposing the development works had seen the results of such opposition. He hoped that they would reconsider their attitude and would not create hurdles in the way of development process.
The MNAs and MPAs congratulated the chief minister on the success of PML-N in NA-122. Sardar Awais Leghari, Sardar Jamal Leghari, Javed Akhtar, Mehmood Qadir Khan and others were present on the occasion.
