A high level meeting to review the security arrangements for Muharram in Rawalpindi Division was held here on Sunday.
The meeting held in Commissioner Office Rawalpindi was attended by RPO, Commissioner, DCO and DPOs of all four districts lying in Rawalpindi Division which includes Rawalpindi, Attock, Jheulum and Chakwal.
Security situation in Rawalpindi Division, total number of security personnel deployed for the purpose and other related arrangements in this regard were briefly discussed.
The meeting in consensus decided installation of check posts at entrances of all cities and banned entry of 63 Ulema in the Division.
