The embezzlement of Rs 20 billion in name of China Cutting has exposed in Capital Development Authority (CDA).
According to documents received by Online, the member of estate management department of civic agency has formed 800 new plots in sector I-9 which the officials have allotted to each other.
Besides this sector 3187 new plots in different sectors including G-10, G-11, I-10, I-11, D-12 and E-12 have also been formed which have been allotted to those officials and staff members who were deputed on deputation in civic agency.
As per rules and regulations, 5 per cent quota has been fixed for the officials and staffers of CDA, but the officials allotted the plots in posh areas worth Rs.20 billion amongst themselves and to the blue-eyed violating the rules and regulations
It is worth-mentioning here that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has already initiated high-level inquiry in this regard and it was being expected that member estate and other relevant staff is likely to be arrested.
