Rangers arrested a member of a banned outfit from Allama Iqbal International Airport on Sunday, besides recovering arms from his possession.
Sources said that the paramilitary forces conducted an operation at the airport, during which an accused identified as Nasiruddin Ghaiyas was arrested with arms.
The detainee hailed from Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, and was affiliated with a defunct organisation.
The nabbed accused has been shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
