Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chairman Imran Khan expressed his view regarding NA-122 by-polls on twitter, hours after the Returning Officer announced official results for the NA-122 by-elections in Lahore.
On Sunday, PTI’s Abdul Aleem Khan lost the by-election in NA-122 to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. However, Imran Khan calls it a moral victory.
This is a moral victory for PTI – successfully challenging PMLN with its govt power & provincial EC. This election will strengthen PTI. 1/2
