Armed men shot dead one person and injured his two daughters here on Thursday and escaped the scene.
Police said that armed motorcyclists sprayed bullets at a man identified as Malik Jarar in the jurisdiction of Razziq Khan police station, Peshawar while he was on his way to leave his daughters at school through motorcycle.
The motorcyclist died on the spot in the firing while his two daughters sustained serious wounds. The body and injured girls were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) Peshawar for medico-legal formalities.
Police said that the incident was targeted killing, a case have been registered against the murderers and raids were being conducted for their arrest.
