The Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned an explanation from the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) chief executive for failing to resolve the power outages matter of public hospitals.
During Tuesday’s hearing, the counsel for the petitioners said the court had ordered the LESCO to resolve the issue, but the hospitals were still seeing power outages. Upon this, the court issued a notice to the LESCO and summoned its reply within one week.
