A young man has allegedly committed suicide at his residence in the Waris Khan area.
According to the police, Usman Wali, 19, a resident of Committee Chowk, had been undergoing mental stress due to financial constraints. The victim locked himself in the bathroom of his house and shot himself dead with a pistol.
The body was shifted to the Benazir Bhutto Hospital for medico-legal formalities before burial. The police have registered a case.
