A local court on Thursday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant of actress Meera’s second husband Captain Naveed in the dual marriage case.
The judge ordered the Defence police station to produce Naveed on the next hearing on October 31.
Earlier, when the judge expressed resentment on late arrival of the actress in the court, her lawyer excused on behalf of his client.
Meera’s lawyer levelled allegations against Atiqur Rehman, her ex-husband, for his alleged frauds.
In 2012, Atiq made a media appearance stating the actress could not marry Capt Naveed since she was still married to him. Meera however vehemently denied being married to Atiq.
