Terrorist wanted in CIA Police Station attack arrested in Peshawar

Security forces on Monday arrested a wanted terrorist with a bounty on his head and recovered arms from his possession.

Responding to intelligence reports, security personnel conducted an operation against militants in the provincial capital Peshawar during which a wanted terrorist identified as Noor Wali who had a bounty of Rs 500,000 on his head, was apprehended along with weapons.

CTD said that the detained terrorist was involved in attack on CIA Police Station in 2009, which killed seven people and wounded 14 others. He was also wanted for murder of a sub-inspector of police during an attack on Saifan police check post.
