The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) continued its crackdown on sub-standard food outlets, eateries and production units on Monday.
A PFA team imposed a fine on Salt and Pepper Grill in Gulberg Town due to open drainage and poor washing area.
In Shahdra Town, a Coca Cola agency, Mashallah Traders, was sealed for operating in unhygienic conditions and working without license. The raid was led by PFA Director Operations Ayesha Mumtaz.
Separately, heavy fines were imposed on Doce Bakers in Al-Faisal Town near Joray Pul, Pioneer Store near Gulberg Main Market and Haji Baba Restaurant at Lakshmi Chowk.
