A notorious bandit was killed in an alleged shootout in a Hafizabad village on Monday.
Reportedly, a police team came across a three-member gang of robbers in Chouchak village. Upon seeing the police squad, the robbers opened indiscriminate firing and tried to flee from the scene. However one of them was killed when the police team repulsed the attack.
According to officials, this notorious robber was wanted in more than a dozen cases.
