The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing of former MNA Nabeel Gabol’s case until October 6 regarding provision of security.
The petitioner had submitted that his life was in danger thus he must be provided with security.
In this respect, the court had summoned a reply from the special branch of the Police Department.
The special branch submitted that there was no threat to Gabol’s life and that the department did not have any such information.
The court adjourned the hearing until October 6 and summoned a reply from the special branch’s additional inspector general (AIG).
