Sindh Information and Education Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said that a draft for the Sindh accountability commission has been prepared and it will soon be presented to the provincial assembly for approval.
Talking to a group of reports, the minister said the local bodies’ (LB) elections were being held under the Election Commission of Pakistan and officers were also being posted by them. He said the ECP had imposed ban on development projects, transfers, postings and government recruitment.
According to the minister, the Pakistan People’s Party will give its candidates tickets for LB elections by September 30.
