Islamabad – Our U-turn Khan Correspondent: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has quashed rumours of his divorce from former political talk show anchor Reham Khan by quashing rumours that he was married to her.
“I wasn’t ever married to her,” he said, talking to reporters in Islamabad on Saturday. “These are all malicious lies.”
Upon being reminded that he was, in fact, married to her and that she lives at his residence in Bani Gala, the PTI chairman said that Ms Khan has never lived in Bani Gala or even visited it.
The statements have been backed by the supporters of the party. “We are not blind believers of party leaders, like the supporters of other parties are,” said Kamran “Kami” Bhatti. “Therefore, when Imran Khan says that he was never married to Reham Khan or even ever met her, I believe him.”
