FIR lodged against Altaf Hussain in Attock

Attock police on the orders of an additional sessions judge, have lodged an FIR against MQM chief Altaf Hussain and “his facilitators” for using derogatory and insulting language against Pakistan’s defence and security institutions.

As per details, Ahmad Nawaz in his written application submitted in the court of Additional Sessions Judge had alleged that Attock police were reluctant to lodge an FIR against MQM chief and his “facilitators” – Farooq Sattar, Dr Waseem Akhtar, Haider Abbas Rizvi and Qamar Mansoor for using derogatory and insulting language and hatching conspiracy against Pak Army on July 12, 2015.

Additional Sessions Judge summoned SHO Saddar Police Station and ordered him to lodge an FIR.

Complying the orders of the court, SHO has lodged an FIR against the aforesaid persons under section 153 A.
