At least 23 people including a woman and children were rescued during raid on a private jail of landlord on Monday.
The raid was conducted following the directives of Sindh High Court (SHC) Larkana Bench. The petition was filed by a citizen namely Ali Muhammad Abro. During raid of the police on private jail of landlord in Goth Ghulam Jakhrani, 23 persons including 10 women and four children were rescued. The police after registering a case against the landlord for involvement in setting up private jail and forced labour have started investigation.
