Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik said on Saturday delays in justice undermined judiciary’s respect in the eyes of the public, and urged the lawyers to play a pivotal role in administration of speedy justice.
In his speech at the Punjab Judicial Academy, the chief justice said the implementation of justice was not possible without the help of lawyers.
The chief justice said the image of the courts was affected due to delays in justice so lawyers should play their role in dispensation of speedy justice.
