Zardari chairs party meeting in Dubai


Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari presided over the party’s consultative meeting in Dubai on Saturday.

The meeting deliberated on ongoing operation in Sindh and powers of paramilitary force. It also reviewed matters pertaining to action against party leaders.

The senior leaders of the party have assembled in Dubai for courtesy call on Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. The leaders include Faryal Talpur, former prime ministers Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, opposition leader in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, former chairman Senate Nayyar Hussain Bokhari, PPP Punjab President Manzoor Watto, Naveed Qamar, Senator Sherry Rehman, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, Senator Taj Haider, Senator Rehman Malik, Latif Akbar, former deputy Speaker National Assembly Faisal Karim Kundi, Nadeem Afzal Chan, Qamar Zaman Kaira and Senator Farhatullah Babar.
