The Punjab government on Saturday issued a notification barring the private schools from increasing fees this year. The notification says that the schools that have already increased the fees will have to take the decision back.
According to details, the Punjab government has decided to start a crackdown from Monday against non-conforming schools. Three teams have been set up for Lahore, two each for bigger districts and one team for the smaller ones to make sure that the order is implemented.
