Commander of Jinnah Wing Captain Asfandyar Bukhari was martyred during the ongoing operation against terrorists in Badaber camp Peshawar, local media reported.

The 27 year old soldier was from Attock. He was wing commander of 48th Jinnah Wing Entry. He had received Sword of Honour in 118th Long Course and was awarded Tactics Medal as well.
He remained vice captain of his college hockey team and played Punjab under-19 hockey.
He was chess champion at college, president of the biology club, editor of the college magazine and remained member of the board of editors for five years.
