The Senate Committee on Cabinet Secretariat has directed the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to lessen the price of air tickets as per decline of petroleum price.
The committee met in the federal capital on Monday under the chairmanship of MNA Rana Muhammad Hayat Khan. The committee asked Civil Aviation Authority to provide quality food to passengers on affordable rates at airports.
The meeting also asked the management to move a summary to Finance Division for withdrawal of excise duty.
