Additional Session Judge Ata Rabbani on Tuesday excused himself from hearing the Ghazi murder case, which was filed against former president Pervez Musharraf.
Justice Ata said that his decision was due to personal reasons, after which the case was sent back for further processing.
Earlier, Acting Session Judge Kamran Basharat also refrained himself from hearing Musharraf’s case.
