Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC), Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage has prepared an updated list of those publications (Dailies & Periodicals) who have not got the circulation of their publications audited for a long time and have not responded to various notices issued by ABC. This new list of all such defaulters has been uploaded onto the official website of the Press Information Department (www.pid.gov.pk).

Since the renewal of ABC certification is a pre-requisite for inclusion of the publication in the Central Media List, the defaulter publications are directed to approach the respective regional ABC and PID offices and apply for fresh circulation audit within 30 days from the publication of this press release, else their names would be removed from the Central Media List.

The Audit Bureau of Circulation, Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage is committed to streamline the process of circulation certification of the newspapers and periodicals throughout the country. It is for this purpose that the Ministry is emphasizing all newspapers and periodicals with expired ABC Certificates, to get their publications audited without delay.
