The Session Court on Tuesday confirmed the bail of actress Mishi Khan in a fraud case.
The Additional Session Judge Rana Zahid heard a bail plea of actress Mishi Khan today, in which Mishi Khan’s lawyer argued that the complainant Dr Afshan registered a case against Mishi Khan alleging her of not performing in advertisement despite taking Rs 400,000.
Mishi Khan said that neither she received money nor she has done fraud with anyone, adding that the advertising company should be asked in this regard.
The court first reserved a verdict on actress Mishi Khan’s bail plea but later granted her bail and directed her to submit Rs 50,000 surety bonds and issued orders not to arrest her.
The court while issuing orders not to arrest her remarked that the complainants failed to produce evidence in the case.
