The Ministry of Planning Development & Reform (MoPDR) will hold a two-day National Consultative Workshop on Implementing Civil Service Reforms on September 14-15, 2015 in Bhurban.
The national workshop on civil service reforms is aimed at disseminating Planning Commission’s civil service reform agenda that forms part of its programme on “Reforms and Innovation in Government for High Performance.” The programme shares feedback from provinces on key issues affecting civil services and seeks feedback from stakeholders at the national level, agreeing upon and finalizing the proposed reform programme and its roadmap. It also deliberates on the effective and robust implementation strategies for the programme. The programme also aims to identify success stories, replicable models and potential pilots to create traction and momentum for civil service reform.
