The National Assembly of Pakistan will host the 34th meeting of Executive Committee of Parliamentary Union of Islamic Countries (PUIC) to be held on September 7-8, 2015 in Islamabad.
Acting National Assembly speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi will inaugurate the meeting on September 7, 2015.
The members of the executive committee who are members of the parliaments from Pakistan, Algeria, Lebanon, Kingdom of Morocco, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Chad, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Uganda, Turkey, Iraq and Iran will attended the meeting.
The Executive Committee of PUIC will discuss and finalize the agenda for the 11th PUIC Conference to be held in Baghdad, Iraq in 2016.
