An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Akbar Bugti’s case till September 30.
ATC judge Jan Muhammad was hearing the case during which former president Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Akhrat Shah, Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former Balochistan home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani appeared. Prosecutor’s lawyers presented their arguments whereas the opposite party’s counsels pleaded to defer the hearing for further investigation.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the case till September 30.
