Counter Kidnapping Cell on Friday arrested a key terrorist commander named Bilal Alias Code during an operation in Hayatabad.
The department conducted an operation on Ring Road. The sources said that Bilal belongs to Khyber Agency. He was involved in Hayatabad bombings. His aide was killed while planting explosives in Hayatabad.
Hayatabad has been a target of kidnappers, mobile snatchers and militants. A report states that at least 60 percent of the kidnapped persons from the city were brought to Hayatabad to ‘safe houses’.
