The Punjab government has decided to set up a state-of-the-art hospital in Murree.
In this regard, Punjab Health Secretary Khawaja Jawad Rafiq, Rawalpindi Commissioner Zahid Saeed, Executive District Officer Rawalpindi Dr Nasir and others visited Murree and inspected various sites for establishment of hospital.
Sources said that sites near Tehsil headquarters hospital, Samli Sanitorium, Green V illas hostel and other places were inspected for selection of location for the soon-to-be set up hospital. According to the sources, final decision on this count will be taken by the provincial government.
