The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday sought reply from the Punjab government and home secretary till September 18 over formation of Judicial Commission (JC) in Kasur child abuse case.
During the hearing, petitioner’s counsel Azhar Siddiqui stated that Kasur child abuse case has defamed Pakistan. He urged the court to form a JC to probe into the matter and to unveil the faces of culprits.
Subsequently, the court has sought explanation from the government and home secretary till September 18.
