In a letter written to the Land Department director, Sindh Anti Corruption Department (ACD) has claimed that the money earned through China cutting scheme was handed over to a political party through money-laundering.
The letter states that ‘China cutting money’ was also used in terrorist activities. The ACD has asked the Land Department to provide complete records of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) and Karachi Development Authority (KDA).
The Land Department has also been asked to provide details of missing files so that the scope of investigation could be expanded.
