A fan of TV show “Man Vs Wild” was arrested as he attempted to illegally board a plane on Sunday.
The Airport Security Force arrested 17 year old Muhammad Awais who told them that he’d been inspired by the TV show from National Geographic and wanted to find an “adventure”. ASF recovered maps, candles, knives, lighters, cutters, compasses, gloves, a calculator, a steel rod, a torch, saw and a jacket from the boy’s bag. The boy was, according to police reports, trying to “board” a flight scheduled for Islamabad and Lahore at 12:30 PM.
An FIR 146/15 under section 449 of PPC (13 Anti-National Activity Act 1974) has been registered.
