A 14 year old fashion designer balances school and work as she gets ready for Panama Fashion Week.

The Miami born daughter of a television producer, Ludovika Koch made her first dress out of soda cans in 2010 after struggling to find a Halloween costume. 5 years later, she now makes made-to-order dresses, with orders starting at $1000.

“I want to stay 14 forever”, she told the media, but said she was glad she was going to turn 15 soon because people always commented on how young she was.

Her work, which is inspired by the style of the 1960s, is to be featured in Panama Fashion Week. She hopes to use the occasion to start her ready to wear line as well.
