Custom authorities on Sunday foiled a bid to smuggle expensive mobile phones at Lahore airport.
According to details, a passenger of a private airline coming from Thailand tried to smuggle 36 mobile phones. During search, the vigilance team recovered mobile phones from the passenger which were stuck on his body.
Custom authorities stated that the passenger belonged to Gujranwala however; no case was registered against him due to his clear past record.
