Armed men gunned down a woman over personal grudge here on Friday and escaped the scene.
Police said that the culprits hailing from Miani area of Sargodha opened fire at a lady belonging to family with whom they were in differences over various issues. As a result of firing the woman died on the spot while the murderers fled away after committing the crime.
The body was shifted to hospital for medico-legal requirements while the police after registering a case against the culprits have started raids for their arrest.
