The hearing of Asif Ali Zardari’s acquittal in SGS and Cotecna references was adjourned without any proceedings on Thursday.
As Judge Muhammad Bashir started hearing the case, he was told that Zardari’s lawyer Farooq H.Naik could not appear before the court due to personal commitments.
The National Accountability Bureau s (NAB) prosecutor said that both the parties will conclude arguments on the next hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 2 due to absence of the lawyer.
