One person was killed and eight others of same family sustained severe wounds in a road mishap here on Wednesday.
According to police, the accident took place in Akhtarabad when a speeding truck rammed into a passenger pick-up killing its driver Muhammad Ibrahim while his wife and seven children sustained injuries.
The injured were shifted to the hospital for medicinal assistance.
Separately in Keechi Baig, police have recovered a headless corpse at Qambrani Road and have transferred it to hospital for post mortem.
