The Punjab government on Wednesday suspended twelve police commandos for dereliction of duty resulting in the assassination of Punjab Home Minister Shuja Khanzada at his home town in Attock.
According to reports, two Elite Force vehicles with twelve police commandos were supposed to be on security duty of the Home Minister but they were not present when the terrorists carried out the suicide attack.
Sources said that investigation was also being carried out from DPO Attock and the Commandos as to why they were not present for duty.
