Kidnapped son of PPP leader Akhundzada Chattan recovered in Bajaur

 

 The 10 year old son of Pakistan Peoples Party leader, Akhunzada Chattan, was recovered on Tuesday, a day after he was abducted by unknown gunmen in Bajaur Agency near Afghan border.

According to political administration 10-year-old Syed Hussain Shah was kidnapped when he was leaving for school in Bajaur area of the country’s tribal belt. The boy was recovered from Khar area after security forces launched a search operation with strict snap checking shortly after he was whisked away by the unknown kidnappers.

Chattan, who is a senior PPP leader and advisor to former President Asif Ali Zardari, told security officials on Monday that his 10-year-old son was kidnapped by unknown persons outside his residence in Amankot village of tehsil Khar.

 According to him, the kidnappers forcibly tossed the boy into the vehicle and managed to flee the scene.
