The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday issued schedule for by-poll on PK-93 constituency of Upper Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to schedule, elections will be held on September 15.
The Election tribunal had disqualified the Jammat-e-Islam’s Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Behram because he has a fake degree and ordered re-election in the constituency.
The runner up candidate of Pakistan People’s Party Sahibzada Sanaullah had challenged Malik Behram Khan’s degree in the Election Tribunal.
