Senior Balochistan Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri on Saturday met exiled Baloch leader Khan of Kalat, Mir Suleman Daud Khan in London on Saturday and persuaded him to return to Balochistan to participate in the reconciliation process announced by the provincial government, according to TV reports.
Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Malik Baloch had said earlier this month that his government will request members of the Grand Baloch Jirga to make a formal appeal for Khan of Kalat’s return. The demand for a jirga had been made by Mir Suleman when a high-level delegation of Balochistan government met him in London a couple of months ago.
