Three security guards were shot dead in Karachi’s Ibrahim Hyderi area on Friday night.
According to police sources, unknown gunmen stormed a furniture factory near Bhittai Colony and attacked the guards, killing two on the spot while a third person succumbed to his wounds later. They said that two victims belonged to the Hindu community and were identified as Popat and Tulsi.
The sources said the attackers also took away the guards’ weapons before fleeing, adding that two guards were attacked at the main gate while the third was killed in a room.
