The ongoing operation by the Punjab Food Authority (PFA) against food outlets and eateries continued on Monday as its Director Operation Ayesha Mumtaz, accompanied by PFA team, visited Akram spices grinding unit situated near Ring Road and seized 3,500 kilogram of turmeric.
As per reports, she visited the grinding unit with Ravi Town team and found substandard red chili and other spices there. She sealed the factory and launched an First Information Report (FIR) against the criminal act of the unit.
