Four new trains from Pindi next month

Pakistan Railways has worked out plan to launch four new trains from Rawalpindi to different cities from next month.

A blue line train will be introduced on the pattern of green line train to ferry passengers Rawalpindi and Karachi. It will have eight coaches with a capacity to accommodate 550 passengers. The fare for the economy class has been fixed at Rs 1,500.

Bilal Express is being launched from Rawalpindi to Multan via Attock, Jand, Bassal, Mianwali, Kundian. A third train is also being launched from Rawalpindi to Sialkot via Wazirabad. The fourth train will run from Rawalpindi to Kohat as the military had recommended for launching the service.

The railway authorities have demanded technical staff for launching these four train services.
