A case was registered against Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain and others under the Enemy Agent Ordinance 1943 on Thursday.
For the first time in the history of the country, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar registered a case against MQM chief Altaf Hussain under Enemy Agent Ordinance 1943.
The complainant said in his application that the MQM chief proved his enmity against the country during his recent speech, calling for Indian help.
The complainant attached pieces of newspaper reports published along with the application.
