‘Quran for all’ mobile van launched by Srinagar’s Muslim scholars

SRINAGAR: A digital version of the holy Quran will now be available to the people of Srinagar irrespective of their religion, as a mobile van was launched to promote the peaceful message of the Quran, reported media sources.

As part of the new service, the van will move around the different parts of Srinagar offering services to anyone who may be interested in gaining knowledge about Islam, reportedly.

Noted Islamic scholar and General Secretary of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, officially launched the mobile van which has Muslim scholars on-board to interact with people, sources added.

Scholars will interact with locals and tourists from all faiths to discuss any queries they may have about Islam or the Quran.
